hi there

i agree that t3 bots need a overall nerf, a bit HP away and a bit less speed and they woud be find ihmo.

but then an other problem occur, T2 units are next to useless.
the Rihno is useless since the muzzle is so low to the ground that the Lasers hit in almost any case the ground and not the target, on Finns i lost in a testgame 20 Rhinos to a single aurora because my friend microed that Aurora in a way that it allways was behind a little bump in the map and never got hit.

now the Obsidian, a fine tank indeed.
but for the price of a single Obsidian you can get 3 Auroras, the 3 Auroras have counted together more DPS and can fire over a longer distance, for example, kill a T1 PD without radar support without geting hit, a Obsidian have to go into the sight radius to fire on the T1 PD and will loose to it.
and to top that of you need powersupport, to support 25 obsidian you need a single t2 power gen, for 25 Obsidian plus t2 powergen you can get 100 Auroras.. honestly.. i woud go with the Auroras

only the Pillar is ihmo on parr with his t1 counterpart.


and now for the overall balance, in a normal game you enter a game, see the map and can say to your self 'oh mapA, RaceX sucks on that map and since my oponent has RaceY and better choose RaceY or RaceZ to not loose to him for sure.'
now in supcom we dont have that, take for example me a Cybran player, i want to play a little 1vs1 ranked game and click the button.. now i hope for a map like Isis or maybe Open Palms, where i am on same level with the other fractions, but if i get in to a game with for example Finns and the enemy is Aeon i theoreticly can play 5mins and if i not a few tousend points ahead by that time i have actualy allready lost because i will get swarmed from any side, and if i want to build some navy i just get laughing at.

diversity, Race wise, is a great thing if the game allows you to choose what Race you play on what map.
but since SUpCom dosent allow you that its very hard to balance out the diffrent Races.

in my opinion we need some haevy changes:

Cybran:
why are there Assault units more expensiv/take longer to build but are weaker then the ones from the other factions?

my sugestion: lower the cost and build time to the same level of the other factions, up the dmg the Loyalist gives with his primary gun to 10 dmg each projektil.

Why is the Cybran Arty next to useless, with a firing randomness of two to three times the ones from other Factions and also does half or even less the DPS of other Factions Arty systems?

my sugestion:
Medusa: double the dmg and shorten the reload to 4 sec, reduce firing randomness to 1. reduce AoE to 1.5
Trebuchet: Double the dmg, reduce firing randomness to 1.5 reduce AoE to 6
Gunther: reduce firing ramdomness by 1.5

There Navy is a pure joke for the price and buildtime it has.
my sugestion:
Lower Cost and buildtime to the level of the Aeon (Aeon still has a quit powerfull navy and can add landunits witch still will give them the best navy)

There Gunships are extremly powerfull, to powerfull in my opinion.
my sugestion:
boost cost/build time to the values of the UEF gunship.

both of there T3 Aircrafts trade a semi usefull stealth for a poor power compared to other factions counter parts.
my sugestion:
Gemini: Double the dmg
Revenant: add 1000 dmg to the bombs.


UEF: (dont play them often to say a lot)
Triad, prolly the most useless Defens system ever made in the histroy of games? this thing wont hit anything besides a GC and buildings.

i am not sure if this is a balance issus, in my eyes it coud be a bug, same as trying to hit Cybran T2/T1 Torpedo defens with the raptide hovertank of the UEF, maybe?

there navy is no-where near the one from the Aeon and still is more expensiv.
my sugestion:
same as by the Cybrans, lower the cost and buildtime to the level of the Aeon, they still will have the best navy!

Aeon:
There Aurora is, supported by scounts, by far the most powerfull t1 unit and is even better then most T2 units.
my sugestion:
adding of 'firing randomness while moving: 2'
Reduce max speed to 3.5
add: maxspeed over water: 1

reduce the Intel/radar radius of all scouts to the value: 32

There Air Superiority Fighter just eats any of the others ones, but i am not sure why.. statts wise they are realy close to each other.. so i am not to sure what to do here?
