well, this would be really ok, if one has played no game for 2 weeks, take him 3 points per week. It should not be too much, if someone is not at home for 3 weeks or something, that he does not lose too much.

You can increase it: First week inactive -1, 2nd week -3, 3rd week -5 4th week - 8. From then on -8 till the players rating is on 1600 or something. It should not fall under this limit, cos every noob starts on that ranking.

I would like it, cos there are some players inactive..

How do you know, that they want to implement that? never heard something about that...
