Same here: send me your msn or skype via PM please so we can get in touch. League admin basically consists in few things:
- posting league related news: next match(es)
- agreeing the maps pool, team line up etc.. with the clans
- making sure that the matches run smoothly and each player know exactly who he has to play next etc...
- uploading the replays (should try to Obvs the matches...)
- etc...
