Nice to see you guys in, the current plan is to have 2 leagues - so you would be in the second league (TAG, TFU, ISU, VOW, AKC(maybe), VAS, RIP and SCL most likely in first league, if we get 18 or even 20 teams in total it will be a bit different).
So you would start in second league and could advance to first league if you end up 1st or 2nd place.
I think 2 Leagues make for more fun games for everyone - so no you don't have to play TAG at least not in first season :P
