Screw tournaments and stuff on LAN's, you will never get the excitement an online ladder / tournament will give you because of lack of good players being able to show up.

I think tourney can give even more excitement, like the Packard Bell thing, but online qualifications are needed in most countries to get best players there!
Also it's okay in my opinion when some underdogs can win a tourney, because it isn't overcrowded with top 20 players. |
