CD Key Invaled

Hello All , My brother brought supcom when it first came out and last week he tryed to get online with it , so we did all the patch's etc. But then the key code came up with a key already in it , we double checked it and it was ok so we tryed it but it said something along the lines of key invalid already in use. We tryed msging THQ with there online forum but that didnt work as it says are e-mails dont exsist. Anyone had these problems and how did you solve them?
