Getting Banned channel msgs?

Hi Everyone,When i try and join a chat channel on-line. It says that i am banned. I have tried different channels and they all say the same thing. Also im having problems patching the game and i am only up to patch 'V1.13254. As always your expert help guys is needed.Thanks Ritchie
