Game wont start- Help

I launch the game and every time i click on the supp comm icon it gets stuck initial launch screen image, GPGnet works fine though. Its just whenever i launch the game it gets stuck. When I tried launching GPGnet though it did not recognise my install code and i had to retype it. Could this be the problem somehow?

Dan3232, did you use to have the Beta or the Demo version of the game installed?
If yes then it could be due to some conflicting files and i would suggest to unistall everything and do a clean install following this Supreme Commander Retail install guideline.

Let us know if the situation is different.

Thanks I had the demo on my computer and so i will uninstall it and do a clean install thanks for the help.

I did that but it made no differnce it is still happening.

Can you post you computer specification please.
There might be a problem with one of your hardware or something.

Also i think you need Microsoft .NET (latest version) to be installed same as Direct X latest version.

I got it working it was the anti- virus when it was on it did not work, when it was off it did so i configured my antivirus and got it working.
