Problems with patch installs??

Anyone else get problems when installing the patches? i get 2 errors, first is incorrect path to the patch about 5% in then when run the second time the file that seems to cause a problem is env.scd, the install hits this file & errors with "no old file found, not updated as file contents does not match"
i have found the odd way around this in previous patches but the 3223 patch is proving most difficult
