How do you start the replays? Do you doubleclick them in the explorer or do you start them via SupCom - Extras - Replays.

For me, sometimes replays won't work in the "SupCom replay manager", but if I start them in explorer, everything is fine.

Guts, I believe he means an ingame message, either before or while the map is loading (blue travel thingy screen).

I've noticed problems with downloading a replay and manually opening it. If that's what you are doing, and the replay is online, try the "Watch Now" option.
