I got SupCom about the day after it came out mostly for the multiplayer, it was a blast the few times I was able to play it, but now I'm in a new place and the internet network provided here doesn't allow GPGnet to connect
.I noticed in game, there's a direct IP connect function and was wondering are there any groups/players that make actual use of it? I've killed time by watching replays and murderering the single player campaigns but I'm kind of itching for an opponent that I can't overrun in 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure, I'll be annannhilated due to my lack of real player experience, but I really want to try my hand at real opponents is there any hope for me ? |

As in your ISP blocks the ports for GPGNet? That's bogus.. maybe you should check your router and make sure that your port forwarding is set up correctly. If not, you may have troubles connecting to GPGNet.
As far as I know, no one really uses direct connect without being friends in person or something.
