[Statement]

Hey there!

I'm a new player to Supreme Commander, just got the game and the expansion last week or so. I'm 24 years old, live in Sweden. I study computer game programming so hopefully I'll get a job making strategy games in the future.

I've been playing LAN with my friends who has had the game longer than me and needless to say - I was brutually slaughtered the first tries. I think SC:FA is a great game and I've turned rather craving for more, so I set out learning more about strategies, tactics and watching casts at quadv. As it stands now, I'm already whooping my friends off the map with "bold" moves as they want to call it - bring my commander out early to pick off those T1 units to get vet, and to expand my fronts.

I plan to visit here regulary. I'm already in the IRC channel. Occasionally I'll go by the nickname devmelon as I do have some strange reason alternating nicknames. I can't seem to settle, heh. I haven't tried any online matches just yet, but I plan on doing so in the near future as the skirmish no longer trains me much.
