hmm you statement in Brackets is wrong

I think, that you have to Draw after 30 minutes, like in GPGnet Tourneys. The round time limit is set to 30 minutes, and of course the players have to draw then manually (vie Diplomacy Menu).

Except for the last round the games do have a time-limit of 30 minutes.
