I think you'll have to go through GPGNet to get it. Won't work with a pirate version of the game though (duh). So go buy the game and try again on GPGNet. IF you've been a bad boy and have a pirate version of the game, make sure you uninstall that one and install the proper one from the disc as they've stated that people who connect with proper keys with pirate versions of the game might get banned for life or so.
