From my perspective it's good that the ACU is playing an important role in the player strategy but watching the recent top players replays i feel like it's quite abused or overused. I would decrease ACU attack which should probably open the game o more effective strategies or at list more diversity in the strategies used.

I was gonna say increased defence but lower attack could make things interesting. as far as the early game goes then later on once you buff up the special weapons it could be an interesting gamble.

Maybe it's an idea to have a special building, something similar to a T2 Shield but then for Tier 1. If the commander enters the range of that shield his firepower will be reduced with 50%? So the ACU is less effective when he's in that area.
You see in loads of games that you push forward with your units and build PD's to hold of a commander... instead of building PD's you can build that shield which is cheaper to buy... and more effective versus commander?

I think the ACU is pretty good as it is. If any nerf happened the most I would suggest is a slight damage nerf so he doesn't DOMINATE the early game!

I think HP and such are fine.
