I am all for it.
2 games a week or you get -5 !

Also did they implement that thing that would automatically hide inactive players from the ranking list?

Yes. As far as I know they want to introduce both: decay and that hiding from ranking list thing.

I realize people have things to do outside of SupCom however. You ought to get penalized only if you play no games.

Everyone who does anything has always something else to do in life...
I guess that if the game was more competitive at the top then we would not need this. As it's not the case imo then we need smthg to push this.Take the Tennis for example if a top player stops playing he would quickly go to the bottom of the ranking. We need smthg like that ^^

Totally in favour of this, also in agreement on keeping it reasonable, nothing scary.

well, this would be really ok, if one has played no game for 2 weeks, take him 3 points per week. It should not be too much, if someone is not at home for 3 weeks or something, that he does not lose too much.

You can increase it: First week inactive -1, 2nd week -3, 3rd week -5 4th week - 8. From then on -8 till the players rating is on 1600 or something. It should not fall under this limit, cos every noob starts on that ranking.

I would like it, cos there are some players inactive..

How do you know, that they want to implement that? never heard something about that...
