Everything started as usual with a power generator built here, a mass extractor (Mex) there then the same scenario was repeated on more time and followed by the traditional land factory.
Some reclaiming from BlueScreen and the latter also managed to rapidely take control of the map. 05:00 and the first T2 Mex was born at BlueScreen base. Ftang apparently not willing to stay behind gathered few engineers and started upgarding his Mex as well. 07:00 and 3 of his Mexes were upgraded to Tier 2. 08:30 and his forth T2 Mex was born. Ftang Commander standing at the entrance of his base without doing anything was quite a bit suspicious for that type of player. Meanwhile BlueScreen was working on his forward base where he quickly upgraded two of his Land Factories to Tier 2 and started producing both T2 engineers who produced T2 Power Gens and Missile Launchers. It seems that the man was decided to push his ennemy further back in his base! But on the other side of the map and in no time Ftang had already few Tier 3 Mexes and some Mass Storage to give the latter a boost in production. You will also notice that Ftang as quite a few engineers and seems really focused on his economy. So the question is what for? In no time Ftang engineers focus on the T2 Air factory he previously upgraded and upgraded it to T3. 14:00 and the first T3 Strategic Bomber saw the light. 15:37 and a second one was born. Without loosing any seconds these two went straight in mission, direction BlueScreen base or I reckon his Commander ![]() But BlueScreen managed to neutreulize them by focusing the fire of the few air planes he had. None of the less Ftang noticed that he had the air superiority and decided to go and do some 'Air' clean up in BlueScreen base. 17:00 and another Startegic Bomber was on its way to support the Air Planes currently on BlueScreen's base. After a first missed attempt Bluescreen Commander wwas finally taken down by a single bomb at 18:19. Quite a tragic end for someone who was controlling the map but hey isn't the result that counts? Summury: - Smart strat from Ftang - I would not suggest any beginner to try it thought because even if it looks simple it requires some study and you better have a very strong eco. - Strategic Bombers > All - Ftang has IMO open the door to a strat that his going to be quite popular i guess No surprise that facing BlueScreen few minutes after that game he used it on me and you know the outcome... Enjoy the watching! |
