Problem with downloading replays

How come when I'm logged in, when I view a replay the button says - only registered users can download replays, or something. And on the bottom where is the button for comments it says - log in first to post comment.
Is there some troubles with user identification. I have tried to log out then log in - no use. I can post on the forum, as you see, but cant download replays for some reason. What gives ?
