Quesion on Rules - Pairings?

Hi,

one question, who defines pairings?
will there be a home advantage for one clan, that can set up the pairings, or will this be done by SCL-Team or what?

Found nothing about this in Rules.

ah forgot this one, there will be one or more league admins in the channel whom both clan leaders post their player rosters ( 1vs1 #1 = player A, 1vs1 #2 = player B ... 2vs2 #1 = Player R and G and so on). once the admin has the rosters from both teams he will post them in the channel.
