Next to last mission help.

kay I am on the UEF mission where you have to protect the three research facilities. I start by having all factories put out 5 or 10 tech 3 builders. I then switch one land plant over to Assault Bots and another to tech 2 anti-air. The have the central air plan start hammering out tech 1 Interceptors. The other one I have building heavy gunships.

In the mean time I have all the builders construct a heavy shield at thier location. The central one I place sqaurely in the path of advancing enemy forces and then build AA and PD weapons under the shield as well as bring all my combat units there.

As soon as I am able I switch my builders to the nuc defense and get at least one rocket ready and then go back to other projects. The issue is I seem to run out of ore quicklly and thus my production stalls.

In the mean time I am swamped with enemy units and cannot get my build running fast enough to keep up.

Is there a trigger for each stage of the AI in this mission? A way I can stall their offensives and nuc launch for 10 or 15 minutes to prepare? Are my tactics missing something that would help this?

What I did for that level is that I had all my naval factories pumping out t1 subs, and I had my ships leftover from kiling the aeon commander guarding from naval units. I had loads of sams protecting from air, and you will use about 100 AirSuperiorityFs during the entire map. Have most of them by the cybran attacks. Also, t3 gun ships are great against the cybran MLs. Also get some fat boys. For this, get a long row of mas fabs and t3 gens. I tried to make a standard defence of shields, t2 pnt defences and t2 stationary artillery, but that was wiled out in the first wave. My 2 points.
