Shoulder pads strategy one finns?

hello there,
i thought about a shoulder pad upgrade just after you build second factory/some extra PGs.

after 40 seconds of building a Shoulder pad you move our Acu to the front the PAd to the closer island and you should be able to takethe isle maybe even get the PD up before the Aeon gets there.

any thoughts?
